Returns. If you received the wrong item, wrong size (different from what you ordered), or the design has been incorrectly printed, get in contact with us. We do not accept returns if you do not like the size that you ordered, so please ensure that you order the right size to your preference. We generally use Bella Canvas 3001 shirt blanks for t-shirts if you want to get a feel for online reviews.

Lost Orders. If your order has been lost in the post (and it does not show as "delivered" on the tracking) contact us at most 20 days after the estimated delivery date and we will see if there is anything we can work out from our manufacturer. However, if the order shows up as "delivered" on our end, we do not take responsibility for the lost/stolen parcel and will not issue a refund or reship the parcel. Take care to ensure the correct shipping address is provided with your order.

Care Instructions. Our manufacturer uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for most of our shirts. Check the care instructions to avoid cracking and fading.
